Exchangemall.com, Inc 2009 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders

Exchangemall.com, Inc has successfully completed its Annual General Meeting for 2009. Thank you to those that took a moment to vote their proxy.

During the meeting, held in Burbank, CA, it was announced that ALL of the three proposals have passed. Exchangemall.com, Inc has come to its goal to be acquired by a public company. Zuma Beach Entertainment, Inc (“Zuma”) (Pink Sheets: ZMBC) has entered into an asset purchase agreement to acquire the assets of Exchangemall.com, Inc including First National Information Network, Inc., along with SalesRide.com, Investor Concepts, Fast Info 1, and the URL of Exchangemall.com, Inc. Exchangemall has given careful consideration to the asset purchase transaction and feel it will deliver significant value for both companies.
